We would like to inform you that our Moraine location at 5238 Cobblegate Drive will be closing permanently effective November 22, 2024. This decision was made after careful consideration and in alignment with our ongoing efforts to better serve our customers and streamline our operations. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing uninterrupted service during this transition. Thank you for your continued support. We value your partnership and look forward to serving you through our other locations.

I have a piece of equipment that needs serviced. Can I still bring it in? 

Yes, we are still accepting equipment that needs serviced. Depending on how long the service or repair takes, you may need to pick up your equipment at our Middletown location. We will be sure to clarify pickup location when informing you that your equipment is ready. 

I can’t make it to the store between 8 am – noon. How do I get my equipment to you? 

Please reach out to us to set up an appointment to drop off your equipment, pick up parts, or any other needs. We will do our best to find a time that works for you. 

After the store closes on November 22nd, what are my options to stay a Buckeye Power Sales customer? 

The team at our Middletown location will be happy to help with your equipment, parts, and service needs. We will also be in the Moraine area on a regular basis to pick up and deliver equipment to be serviced. Contact us to discuss your pickup and delivery needs. Richard Hilinski, our Parts Outside Salesman, will also be in the area on a regular basis. Contact us to discuss parts deliveries. 

Will there be any sales or discounts on remaining inventory?  

No, there will be no additional sales or discounts on the remaining inventory.
